How much is it to join?
Membership depends on the size of your organisation. See rates here.
How often do you meet?
Three times a year, in February, May and October.
What do I gain from joining?
You will meet with other licensees and the police and other stakeholders three times per year. You will stay abreast of current legislation concerning liquor. Being part of our local accord will introduce you to like minded industry related business persons in the local area facing similar issues. You will have direct access to the Police and other stakeholders, like council, at regular intervals during the year.
I can’t seem to access the Members Area - help!?
Try:
Search for your TLVA Receipt in your emails
Make sure you are logging on with the correct email you signed up with
Reset your password.
Verify your email (see image below - check your Junk)
Log Out and Log Back In
Your session may have expired. Even if the page looks like you are logged in, the system may not be communicating that to the server.
Action: Explicitly click "Log Out," close your browser, reopen it, and log back in.
2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Old, stored data (cache/cookies) can conflict with the new login session, resulting in a "no access" error.
Action: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try accessing the page again.
3. Check Account Status
It is possible your membership has expired, is pending renewal, or was not activated properly.
Action: Navigate to your account profile or billing page to confirm your status is "Active."
4. Use an Incognito/Private Window/different browser (e.g. Safari/Chrome/Firefox)
Browser extensions (like ad blockers) can sometimes block the scripts necessary to verify your membership.
Action: Open an "Incognito" or "Private" window and try accessing the site there. If it works, a browser extension is likely the problem.
